Mary & Brian were referred to me by a previous Heather Selzer bride & groom, Lauren & Logan. Similar to Logan, both Mary & Brian work at California Olive Ranch and throughout their reception were olive tree branches, olive oil & bread appetizers, delicious Matchbook Wine (one of CA Olive Ranches producer's), and their Limited Reserve bottle of olive oil as favors for their guests. It was such a beautiful reception and the venue itself, Bella Rosa Farm, was the perfect location for these two to celebrate.
Something special: Mary's father passed away recently, so to honor his memory she not only had sewn a heart-shaped piece of his shirt on the back of her dress, but also reserved him a seat at their reception. Instead of a father-daughter dance, Mary had a brother-sister dance with her oldest brother and even I started tearing up behind the camera. Followed by a toast from Brian, it was the sweetest moment and such a touching way to remember her dad.
Even with a few downpour moments, these two were so amazing to work with and it was an honor to capture their wedding!
