Las Vegas High Roller CDI-W at South Point Casino & Hotel | TSM Equine Therapies | Nevada Lifestyle Photographer

This past week I had the opportunity to join my dad at the 2017 Las Vegas High Roller CDI-W show in South Point Casino & Hotel. Although I was there as hired help, it was great to see him at work. People truly adore him and look to him for helping their horses feel better through a combination of massage, acupressure, laser and pulsed magnetic field blanket therapies.

The last time I was around livestock at a show was about 10 years ago, and the last time I was at a Horse show was about 17 years ago. So it was a blast to help out and be there to watch the show, in addition to learning from my dad, & of course petting lots of horses.

Adventure in Upper Bidwell Park | Carson | Chico Pet Photographer

One thing that Carson & I like to do on our days off is to go for a walk in Upper Bidwell Park, where Carson likes to get into mischief. Like that one time he ran up to a group of people enjoying their Subway sandwiches by the creek and then proceeding to try and take a sandwich from someone's hands. I was mortified!

It's not that he's not trained, he used to go to obedience class weekly with my mom and even has his AKC Canine Good Citizen & AKC Companion Dog title. He just has a big (little) personality & is very food motivated -- oh, and did I mention, a dog? Haha. He also likes to chase ducks, but he hates water. So go figure.
